Our Process — Pricing, Scheduling, and What to Expect
Transparent Pricing for Your Tree Care Needs
At All About Trees Tree Service, every estimate is based on a real assessment of your actual property — not a number pulled from a phone call. Because every tree, every yard, and every job is different, we do not offer flat rate quotes over the phone. Instead, our certified arborist visits your property, walks the site with you, and provides a clear written estimate with no hidden fees before any work begins.
Several factors influence the final cost of a professional tree service, and we walk you through each one at the time of your estimate. Site access determines whether our equipment can reach your tree directly or whether additional rigging and labor are required. Job complexity accounts for the height, species, and structural condition of the tree and the specialized techniques needed to handle it safely. Debris and disposal costs vary based on the volume of material and whether you want it hauled away or left on site as chips or logs. Crew size and safety requirements are factored in to protect both your property and our team.
To get an accurate price for your project, contact us to schedule a free on site visit. We will assess the work, discuss your goals, and hand you a written estimate the same day. Call (954) 608-8837 or use our online contact form to get started.
Scheduling and Project Timeline
Once your signed contract is received, you are placed on our active schedule in the order contracts arrive. Returning your signed agreement promptly is the best way to secure the earliest available date. At the time of booking, we will give you a target start window based on our current workload.
Tree work is weather dependent, and South Florida’s storm season means delays are sometimes unavoidable. Heavy rain, high winds, or lightning create real safety hazards for our crew and your property. If a weather delay affects your scheduled date, we will contact you immediately and move your service to the next available clear day. We never leave you guessing about your project status.
During busy seasons — particularly after major storms or during peak pruning months — our backlog may extend several weeks. Our team works at a steady pace to maintain quality on every job, and we will always be upfront with you about current lead times at the time of booking.
If your project includes stump grinding, utility marking through 811 may need to be coordinated before we arrive. In those cases, we will factor the utility marking timeline into your scheduled start date so everything is ready when our crew shows up.
You will receive a confirmation call or message before our arrival, and we aim to stay as close to your projected start date as possible. If you have already received your estimate and are ready to get started, sign and return it to be placed on our schedule. For questions about current availability, call us at (954) 608-8837.
